Journey Maps
A journey map is a detailed illustration highlighting an organization’s past, present and future state, featuring visual metaphors representing challenges, opportunities and goals. I work closely with each client to identify and include personas (customers, employees, clients, partners) in the map. Journey maps are great assets for team building, strategic planning and onboarding.
